>Purchase a property:

  1. Book your property. If a real estate agent is involved, he must be registered in the Colegio Único de Corredores Inmobiliarios de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.   2. A warranty is requested, which can be either issued by a bank or real guarantee. If it is real, domain reports must be requested at the real property registry to verify real ownership of the property offered.
  3. Signature of the rental agreement. Urban commercial rentals have a minimum length of 2 years. Usually, a guarantee equal to a one-month payment is required. Payments must be done monthly.
  4. Tenant and landlord must pay stamp taxes of 0,5% of the price of the rental agreement.
