1Water

Supplier: AySA – To request a new water connection and/or sewage system the applicant must be identified and should submit the approved construction plans. To request a change of ownership, either due to a purchase or a rental agreement, the applicant must be identified and submit a proof of his rights over the property concerned.

2Electricity

Suppliers: Edenor or Edesur – If it is Edenor, a new supply must be requested at Edenor´s offices submitting: (i) property deed, purchase bill or rental agreement; (ii) company's bylaws; (iii) applicant´s information; (iv) power sworn statement; (iv) municipal permit or proof of procedure in process and installation approval and (v) fiscal status. The change of ownership is requested via Edenor 2.0. If it is Edesur, to request a new supply the documentation needed differs depending on whether the company is an SMe or a Major Customer. The change of ownership is requested by submitting the property public deed or rental agreement, proof of applicant's legal status, CUIT and municipal permit.

3Gas

Suppliers: Metrogas – To access to the gas network, a certified technician must first verify if the property is connected to the network. If it is, he must submit to Metrogas the pertinent forms and, once the indoor installation is completed, a final approval is requested. If not, an extension of the network must be requested prior to the indoor installation. If it is a Major Customer, the feasibility of the request must be assessed. Once the final approval is obtained, the applicant must submit to Metrogas´ offices the requested documents. The change of ownership is requested by submitting the property public deed or rental agreement and proof of applicant's legal status.
